Xylitol is made from agricultural wastes as raw materials. It is prepared by hydrolysis, neutralization, bleaching, ion exchange, hydrogenation, concentration, crystallization, drying and so on. Xylitol is white crystal or powder, like sugar, heat and sweetness are similar to sugar. But it's metabolism in the body, do not rely on insulin, is a good adjuvant therapy and nutrition agent for diabetic. At the same time because of its unique physiological function and glycerol similar, it is widely used in food, military, chemical and other industries, has a broad market and good prospects for development.

2. Drying and cooling medium circulatory system: blower, heater, air inlet pipe are made of stainless steel, to avoid the product by the pollution of the wind and the possibility of pollution.

3. The upper bed body uses a circular arc structure, increases the boiling height, reduce dust entrainment.

4. The pass of paving bed is a combined structure. In front of it use the tongue hole, so that the material can smooth moving along without leakage. Its middle and back-end use straight hole, the penetration rate of the hot air is higher, and the dry process of heat exchange is more adequate.

5. Use the stainless steel seamless steel tube to support, the bed body structure is more rugged and long service life.

6. The internal of under bed body made of stainless steel weld fully, avoid wash sewage into the insulation layer, thus affecting the quality of the products, and also provided with a cleaning port, convenient for cleaning equipment.

7.  Our system have two levels of dust, cyclone separator and water-film separator, improve the recovery of fine powder, and the material liquid in the water-film separator can be used twice.
