1.   Introduction:

Tunnel oven is dedicated to the drying of Chinese wolfberry, equipped with our dedicated fans and automatic temperature control system, the whole cycle system is closed. Hot air circulating in the box reasonably exhausts humid air, added into the fresh air. This improves the utilization of heat, so that the thermal efficiency is greatly improved, up to 50%.

The oven adopts temperature automatic control, and has higher control precision. The special device that we have developed was installed in the box. The temperature in the box is uniform.

2.   Equipment Description:

Material plate placed in the car. The circulating wind, which is heated by the heat source, is dry on the surface of the material. If you need the material to turn over, you can pull the car out of the oven.

(1) The oven wall is made of 304 stainless steel, and the outer wall is made of Q235 carbon steel and spray paint. Pan is 304 stainless steel pressing.
