Combined with our company for many years of drying equipment design experience, developed the dedicated dryer for instant noodles: 12 -30 million packets of production lines.

Equipment Introduction:

The equipment is made up of two parts, which are the material liquid spraying device and the instant noodle special dryer. It is installed in the back of the frying pan and in the front of the air cooler. The following are introduced:

1) The instant noodle special dryer has 6 dry units, each unit length 2m, and dry section length 12m. Heat source comes from steam radiator.

2)The instant noodle special dryer adopts the flow type dry type, hot air passes through the material layer, the material can be fully exposed, and the hot air circulation is used to save energy.

3)The instant noodle special dryer is a kind of closed cycle drying machine, the whole machine is made of 50mm insulation layer, only the feed inlet and outlet opening, the other are closed, hot air circulation in the device, heat loss is low.

4)Considering the instant noodles have some slag, the use of a drawer type mesh tray can be easily cleaned.
