They are with aromatic hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene, naphthalene and anthracites from coal chemical and petrochemical as the basic raw material, and are made through a series of organic synthesis unit process. With the development of chemical industry, the application scope of dye intermediates has expanded to pharmaceutical industry, pesticide industry, explosives industry, information recording materials industry, as well as additives, surfactants, perfumes, plastics, synthetic fibers and other productive sectors. There are many varieties of dye intermediates, and there are hundreds of more important varieties. The most important early dye intermediates, such as nitrobenzene, aniline, phenol, chlorobenzene and phthalic anhydride, etc., because of wide application and large consumption, has developed into an important basic organic intermediates. The world's annual output is more than 1 million tons. Now the most important dye intermediates include o-nitrochlorobenzene, p-nitrochlorobenzene, o-nitrotoluene, p-nitrotoluene, 2-naphthol, anthraquinone, 1-amino-anthraquinone, etc.. Starting from the above intermediates, and then through a series of organic synthesis unit process, all kinds of complicated structure intermediate can be obtained.

Dye intermediates mainly include four categories: benzene intermediates, toluene intermediates, naphthalene intermediates and anthraquinone intermediates. In addition, there are some heterocyclic intermediates. In the production process of intermediates, the commonly used chemical reaction mainly consists of nitration, sulfonation, halogenation, reduction, amination, hydrolysis, oxidation, condensation, etc.. The synthesis of a complex structure intermediate, usually need to go through many units of process, and sometimes can also adopt the different basic raw materials and different synthetic routes. For the nitroaniline production, for example, we first get aniline with benzene nitration and reduction, and then through acetylation, nitration, hydrolysis. This synthetic route has a long production process and high cost. The modified synthetic route is that we first get p-nitrochlorobenzene through the benzene chlorination, nitration and separation, and then through the high-pressure ammonolysis. The special intermediates that used in the manufacture of dyes, pesticides or pharmaceuticals, usually have complex structures, often form a complete set of production with final products. Because of the smaller output, we usually use intermittent operation to produce. Some widely used intermediates, such as nitrobenzene, aniline, chlorobenzene, phenol, etc., are usually produced in a comprehensive and large-scale chemical plant. Because of the bigger output, we usually use continuous operation to produce.

Dyes, pigments, pharmaceutical intermediates and other organic materials, most of them have the characteristics of combustible, explosive, thermal metamorphism, etc.. If the wall sticking or material deposition occurs in the drying process, these materials will be oxidative deterioration and even spontaneous combustion. In mild cases, carbon black particles generated in spontaneous combustion will entrainment in materials to influence products quality. In severe cases, these materials will have the possibility of intense burning and explosion. In the long run process, hot blast stove will inevitably appear weld cracking and leakage phenomenon. In this case, the flue gas with a spark will string into the flash dryer, which may lead to material pollution, material burning, bag burning and systems explosion. For this kind of situation, our company has done a lot of technical development works. For the first time to solve the materials oxidation, decomposition and metamorphose technical problems resulting from the materials deposition and sticking wall, when the flash dryer to handle high thermal sensitive and high viscosity materials. Working Principle

The hot air enters into the bottom of the drier through a specially designed dispenser. Cream and cake shape materials are fed into the dryer by the screw feeder. Due to the combined effect of the high-speed rotating stirrer and hot air, these materials was rapidly dispersed to be fluidized and dried in the falling process, and eventually become granular or powder. With the rotating rising process of hot air, larger particles and high moisture materials subjected to the centrifugal force are threw to the wall. Through the interception of classifier, the materials fall back into the bottom, and was again dispersed, dried. The materials with suitable particle size and qualified moisture are discharged by the classifier, collected by cyclone separator and bag collector for finished products.
