DESCRIPTION:
DWT Series Vegetable Dehydration Dryer is developed base on traditional mesh belt dryer. The dryer is widely applicable to all types of local and seasonal of vegetables, herbs, fruits, such as: cassava, garlic, pumpkin, konjac, radish, yam, bamboo shoots, and etc.
Zhenxing Drying is the most experienced manufacturer for vegetable drying equipment. Our technical staffs have gone to the customer’s factory for equipment commissioning and we have paid follow-up service in order to collect practical technical information for further equipment improvement. We have combined the advanced technology from the other countries and the vegetable dehydration dryer have been developed to the third generation so far.
Energy-Saving Coal-Fired Furnace for Agricultural Products
Zhenxing Drying has newly developed an energy-saving coal-fired furnace for agricultural products. This furnace combines combustion and heat transfer as a whole set which is the latest indirect heating technology. The smoke and air are separated by different ducting systems. The furnace is using longitudinal scour radiator and negative pressure for smoke exhaust to ensure stable thermal performance. The fuel can use coal or firewood. There is a secondary air inlet device to ensure complete combustion of the fuel. The technical of the furnace have reached the advanced level.
APPLICATION
The energy-saving coal-fired furnace is widely used as heat source of dehydrated vegetables belt dryers for agricultural products.

2. The height of the fan and air ducting is excluded from the equipment dimension.
