Summary:

Working Principle:

Hot air heated to about 150℃ by the hot blast stove. It was blown into a hot air chamber by fan. It is through the valve plate into the bed body, the wet material feeder is formed into the hot air blown fluidized state. Because of the hot air and the material is in full contact, it can be dried in a relatively short time. It enters from one end of the bed body. After about thirty minutes of "boiling" dry, the material can automatically flow from the other side of the bed, complete drying.

Operating Parameters:

1. Material: wood powder;

2. Initial moisture: 10%;

Equipment Characteristics:

3. Built-in pulse bag filter, the filter bag is made of antistatic fiber and using pulse automatic dust. It is particularly applicable to dry fine granular and powdered materials.
