Equipment Performance:

Due to the seasonal planting of the material, the acquisition time is highly concentrated. If not timely drying, it is easy to rotten. The general drying equipment of high energy consumption, the natural drying is influenced by weather. Our company developed the multi - layer belt type dryer is very suitable for the material drying.

Drying Process Analysis and Working Principle:

The main engine is made up of 5-7 layer stainless steel mesh belt. It is driven by the chain on both sides, the two sides of the mesh belt is baffle, to prevent the material fall into the middle of the track.

Coal fired (or burning wood) energy saving stove provide hot air. The hot air is sent to the bottom of the dryer by the blower. It passes through the underlying mesh belt and takes away the moisture in the material. It passes through each layer of mesh belt, and the material carries on the counter current heat exchange. After it reaches the highest level, and the most wet material heat exchange, wet air basically reached saturation. It is discharged out of the air by the wind turbine. After the fresh cassava is cleaned, it is sent to the top of the first layer by the conveyor belt.
