Performance Analysis Of Drying Equipment’s Structure
Using conventional drying equipment to dry wood is the most widely used method. And in the future for a long period of time are the dominant. Here we will analyze it.

1. Short shaft type forced circulation drying equipment.
Features: dry room has two layers, each has its own independent motor, the intake and exhaust ports are distributed in the top of the drying chamber, needn’t air guide plate.
Advantages: the air distribution is better than the long axis, reducing the twists and turns; dry quality has also been improved; the use of short axis installation, maintenance is very convenient.
Disadvantages: the cost is relatively high, because of the wind machine independently owned motor, so the energy consumption is large.
2. Crosswind type forced circulation drying equipment.
Features: fan installed in the dry side of the side, the side of the drying chamber equipped with a motor clip; building height below the long and short axis of the drying chamber; inlet and outlet at the top of the room two column arrangement.
Advantages: the construction height is relatively low, the structure is simple, the investment is less; the installation and maintenance is more convenient, dry speed.
Disadvantages: the air velocity distribution is uneven, the air flow is generally not reversible flow, drying effect is not good.
