  • Overview: QG Series Pulse Air Flow Dryer is a large quantity production drier, it adopt instant drying principle, utilize hot air’s quick move to drive damp raw material and make it oats in the hot a ir, this can strengthen the whole drying process,improve the speed of hot exchange. If raw material is dried by this equipment,non-combined moisture can be removed completely, dried material never metamorphosed, compared with general drier, output is remarkably raised.
  • Overview: PLG Series Continuous disc dryer is a high efficiency conducting and continuous drying equipment. Its unique structure and operating principle determine that it has advantages of high heat efficiency, low energy consumption, small occupied area, simple configuration, easy operation and control as well as good operating environment and etc. It can be widely used in drying process in the fields of chemical, pharmaceuticals, agricultural, foodstuff, feed, and other industries. There are three major types: normal pressure type, closed type, and vacuum type; and four major models: 1200, 1500, 2200 and 3000; and three kind of material grades, A (carbon steel), B (use stainless steel for material contacted area), and C (use stainless steel for material contacted area, steam pipes, main shaft and supports, and linings for cylinder body and top cover).The drying area of the dryer is 4 to 180㎡.   • Overview: ZPG Vacuum Harrow Dryer is an innovation horizontal batch-type vacuum dryer improved on the basic of introduced technology of harrow dryer. The moister of wet material will be evaporated by heat transmission. The stirrer with blade will remove material on hot surface and move in the container to form cycle flow .The evaporated moisture will be pumped by vacuum pump.
  • Overview: Dual counter-rotating shafts with unique intermeshing hollow wedge-shaped paddles produce intimate mixing, optimize heat transfer, and provide a self-cleaning feature. A large heat transfer area to volume ratio is achieved by the use of hollow paddles and a jacketed vessel, through which the heating medium flows. The result is an efficient, compact machine with less space requirements and lower installation cost.
  • Overview: Wet material is loaded from one head of the dryer , and then it is stirred by the bafflers that is uniformly distributed in the barrel. Material is uniformly distributed and dispersed in the dryer , fully contact the hot air of parallel (or counter) flow ,so the drying process is expedited, and the impulsion power of media transfer is enhanced.
