How it works:
Hot air from the inlet to the appropriate speed spouted from the bottom of the dryer into stirring and crushing and drying chamber , the material strong shearing , blowing , floating and rotating effect , so the material by centrifugation , shear, impact, friction is atomized , strengthen the heat and mass transfer . At the bottom of the dryer , wet particles larger than the group under the action of mechanical stirrer was broken , low moisture content , particle size smaller particles entrained airflow is rotated rise in the drying process of rising further , because the gas-solid phase flow in rotating inertia of the solid phase is greater than the gas phase , the larger the relative velocity between solid and gas phases , the effect of enhanced heat transfer between the two phases , so the aircraft high dry strength .
