The Description of Three Cylinder Rotary Process for Limonite:

1. Ore from the reservoir through the electronic belt weigher, belt conveyor, stable silo, lock air valve is directly fed into the tail of the rotary kiln. The tail of the kiln only equipped steady bin, in order to reduce the investment.

2. The ore is heated when it into the rotary kiln. Then the ore and the heat flow reverse move. In the heating zone, when the ore is heated to the reduction temperature, it will be sent to the reduction zone.

3. The central temperature of the reduction zone is controlled at 1000 ℃, the temperature of the reduction zone is controlled at about 700℃. The ore reacts with the reduction gas to produce magnetite.

4. Then the ore into the cooling zone, meet with into gas, the gas is subject to preheating. The ore is discharged out of the kiln after being cooled. After the continuous bucket conveyor water cooling, it enters the reservoir to be selected.
