Working Principle:

Our company according to the characteristics of slag, after several improvements, the design is very reasonable: first, the feed area;

Clean area. In this area due to the equipment design of the cleaning device, cleaning device can be very reasonable to clean the inner wall of the adhesion of the material. In this process, the cleaning device has a crushing effect on the ball of the material, the heat exchange area is increased, and the drying rate is improved;

Inclined lifting plate area. Wet slag in this area has been a low moisture state, it has no adhesion. After heat exchange, materials are meeting the requirements of the water state, then it into the final discharge area.

Discharge area. The rotary drum is not provided with a shoveling plate in this area, and the material is rolling in the area to the discharging port and finished the whole drying process.

Advantages:

1. Its relatively large processing capacity, strong overload capacity, high thermal efficiency, reduce coal consumption of about 20%, directly reduce the cost of drying. The transmission size of the gear can be replaced by a pin, which replaces the traditional cast steel gear, saves the cost and reduces the maintenance cost and time.

2. In the design, in order to achieve the best drying effect, adopt the concurrent flow drying method, material and heat flow from the same side into the drying equipment, dryer outlet temperature is low and thermal efficiency is high.

3. The internal structure is innovative, the cleaning and heat transfer function of the dispersed material is enhanced, and the phenomenon of the inner wall of the cylinder is eliminated.

4. A new type of feeding and discharging device is used to prevent the phenomenon of blocking, non continuous, uneven and returning to the material, reducing the load of the dust removal system.

5. It can meet the requirements of different users on the size and moisture content of the slag after drying.
