Installation operation flow of drying equipment:

    1. General provisions:

    (1)  The driver of the machine and the crusher must be trained and passed the examination to obtain the qualification certificate. Then they can operate the machine.

    (2)  The working face scraper conveyer driver, and transport lane belt type conveyer driver, must cooperate closely, the unified signal contact. On and off in order. When coal, gangue in the feed inlet of the crusher stack overflowed, should stop working face scraper conveyor running. If the coal and gangue can’t enter or metal objects, must stop processing.

    2. Preparation, examination and treatment:

    Preparation:

    (1)  Tools: wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, shovels etc.

    (2)  Necessary spare parts: all kinds of short chain, chain, safety pin bolts, nuts, crusher etc.

    (3)  Lubricating oil, turbine oil.

    Examination and treatment:

    (1)  Connections for each part of the motor, reducer, hydraulic coupling, head, tail should be complete and intact. Reducer, hydraulic coupling device should be no leakage, oil should be appropriate.

    (2)  Signal must be sensitive and reliable. If no signal can’t start. Spray sprinkler equipment need to ensure in good condition.

    (3)  Power cable, operating line must be neat.

    (4)  You must clean coal dust.

    (5)  The connection between conveyor and transfer machine is appropriate.

    (6)  Scraper and screw must be fully secured.

    (7)  The machine's walking car must be stable and reliable.

    (8)  There is no sound when the machine is running.

    (9)  The roadway supporting facilities in the crusher must be in good condition.

    (10)Need to ensure that the safety of the device is not deformed.
