If the velocity drying dynamics is a power function, using the parameters of heat, operating pressure and jet Reynolds number, the dimensionless characteristic number correlation model can be established.

    Although the results of this model seem very reasonable, but still need to verify. The numerical distribution function of moisture content and residence time of particles is predicted by this model.

    The former Soviet Union did a lot of work in this area (such as dry lysine, sewage sludge, medicine and microbial products, etc.). But in other parts of the world, there is no application of industrial impinging stream drying equipment. Once the analog amplification problem is solved, the impinging stream drying equipment has the potential to replace the conventional air drying equipment in some application areas.
