   The three return dryer is high efficient combination type three cylinder dryer. The overall structure is composed of three interlocking cones welded in a different direction and the order, this particular form of structure determines the size of its production, so this new dryer also called three return dryer. Efficient three-cylinder dryer combined with a compact, small footprint, which is 1/2 ground area of the single cylinder dryer with the same output, reliable, low power consumption, high thermal efficiency, good material drying effect, easy to achieve automatic control, fewer operators.

   The main purpose of the three-return dryer:

   High efficiency combination three-cylinder dryer is mainly used for drying certain humidity range of particulate material, such as the sand of dry powder mortar industry, the moulding sand of foundry industry, the blast furnace slag of cement building materials industry, small size clay, the little grainy material that have no chemical changes and not afraid of high temperature and dust soiled in the chemical industry. According to the requirements of the final material moisture content after drying in the different industries, the moisture content of the material can reach 1 to 0.5% below.

   Materials that not to stick the cylinder wall and the lifting plate is appropriate, when they are into the drying machine. the temperature of gas that enter the dryer to heat exchange should not be higher than 750℃。If there are special requirements of high temperature drying, the inner cylinder at the entrance of drying machine and the lifting plate can be made of high heat resistant steel plate.
